Although I do have this book, I really didn't want to wear it out. It seemed that putting it on-line might be a better idea. Actually, it already is on-line at http://www.mccoys-kecatalogs.com/, but what is there are scans of the pages. These are hard for me to read, so I decided to copy the working sections out of the book and rewrite them in HTML.
The original book was last copyrighted in 1947. I have copied it without permission.
As I got to working on this project, it became clear that occasionally, I could expand on the actual text. I used a blue font to denote these passages.
